1. Education
Has sound knowledge on operating systems concept, BIOS, device driver, firmware development
Has sound knowledge on ARM/x86/Intel based processors.
Has sound knowledge on Linux kernel, U-boot /equivalent boot loaders.
Has exposure to test tools, scripting languages
Has sound knowledge on C programing language.
Have sound documentation skills.

2. Protocol Knowledge
PCI, PCI Express, USB, SATA, SPI, I2S, I2C etc

3.Board Debug Tools Knowledge
Digital Storage Oscilloscope, JTAG Emulator.
