1. Primary Responsibility
1) Cultivate customer relationships, deliver effective proposals, and negotiate deals to capture profitable new business.
2) Proficient in building and executing to revenue plan, developing accurate forecasts, closely monitoring and reporting customer strategies and market trends
3) Identify competition and provide competitive analysis on a periodic basis
4) Manage sales leads and oversee pipeline process for the region
5) Participate in quote process and front-end negotiations with customers
6) Develop effective product and company collaterals
7) Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and outbound lead generation activities
8) Develop and manage InForce Value-added partner program
2.Secondary Responsibility
1) Identify opportunity for InForce to have a higher visibility and profile
2) Write application notes and white papers on the merits of InForce solutions for embedded applications

1. Knowledge & Skills
1) Sound knowledge and skills in selling process, customer relationship management
2) Sound knowledge in forecasting and developing revenue plan
3) Strong ability in organizing and prioritizing activities
4) Conversant in MS Office – Power Point, Excel and Word
5) Very good command of both written and spoken English
6) Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
